What is IMEI?

IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique 15-digit number that identifies every mobile device. It's like a fingerprint for your phone.

How to find your IMEI:
  • Dial *#06# on your phone - the IMEI will appear on screen
  • Settings: Go to Settings > About Phone > IMEI
  • Physical location: Under the battery or on the SIM tray
  • Original box: Printed on the device packaging
IMEI Structure:
• First 8 digits: TAC (Type Allocation Code) - identifies device model
• Next 6 digits: Serial number
• Last digit: Check digit
